I have gone through your files and they had 354 Errors & 141 warning(s) (!)
My bet was that would be the first place to look for… In 15 minutes I cleared all of them as they were all pretty basic (most of them were wrong uses of commenting)
I recommend you do the same, and for the reference I’m attaching the fixed xhtml.
I also switched your use of tables to divs and lists, and I would keep the how-to experientations to you…
You’re doing well, continue from here, I think it will work better for you.
