Hi! Okay, here’s everything! Don’t worry if you made comments and you don’t see your suggestions implemented. I haven’t had time yet to make revisions, but I will shortly. Hi all,
Thank you very much for all your comments so far - much appreciated and extremely helpful. Here are all my pages for viewing enjoyment, including my dreaded fish page…Not sure if I am still having navigation/sub-navigation issues here, but I did the best I could to make the hierarchy clear while still maintaining the general look of the site. The idea of these pages is that when you click on the fish link, one type of fish (let’s say Koi) is already selected, so it will display the info and subnav links for that type of fish until you click on a different button. I don’t know anything yet about Flash so I’m not sure if the the navigation columns could be programmed to scroll if more fish were added, but that’s what I intended in this design. Let me know what you think.
Homer’s sample menu
Hi! Don’t click on this paragraph. Click on the titles listed at the end of the paragraph. I figured out that in order for my pages to be viewed at their intended size, I have to post them as titles instead of thumbnails?! So, the first one is the Homerpage. Then, when the viewer clicks on the menu option in the menubar, the sample menu comes up. If they want to see more details, they click on the link that brings them to the detailed menu page. And finally, I’ve created the map.1-homerpage-v2.png2-sample-menu1.png3-detailed-menu3.png4-map1.png
38 Aquarium - two more pages
Hi there,
Here are two more pages…more still to come, perhaps later tonight. I have made two versions of the ‘Supplies’ page — please let me know which you think is better. One uses the whole image with a transparency on top (like the home page), and one uses only part. I wasn’t sure if the first version was two much like the homepage and should thus be slightly differentiated ala version 2.
Revisions Revisited
OK…I did a Directions page. Pretty simple - just wrote them out and included a link to Google Map. Also, fixed the spaceing after periods in the text and cleaned up some of the backgrounds (probably not that noticeable to most, but there were a couple things bothering me). I included more info about Northeast Kingdom being owned by the same owners on that page as well as the Directions page. Anyway, hope you like. Any comments will be appreciated before we do the final for next week. Have a good weekend class.

Mushon, I haven’t added the site map, privacy etc - do I need to as these are mainly text pages and hardly related to the site.

Hi all,
I am a bit behind but I will be catching up tomorrow. For now, here is my new home page. Any comments are welcome. I tried to eliminate the ‘box look’ of the previous home page, but I kept the animation component (but changed it, adding the bubbles and some illustration style fish…) Can’t decide if the background behind the animation should just be white or be blue, or if I should just get rid of it altogether because its too busy (3 versions below)…Let me know what you think, more to come…
